Private custom agentic operating systems

Take control of how the company operates.
Then step back from the work that should no longer depend on you.

HAN AI SYSTEMS designs and deploys a governed execution layer around the way your company actually works. Built privately for founders, owners, CEOs, and managing directors.

01 — The condition

The company grows.
The leader becomes the operating system.

Decisions wait. Knowledge collects in one person. The team moves only when the founder or chief executive is present. Control becomes dependency.

02 — The premise

Keep authority.
Remove yourself from the machinery.

Han AI turns the way the company operates into a governed system of memory, workflows, policies, approvals, tools, and exceptions. Leadership stays in control without carrying every handoff.

03 — The system

Not a collection of chatbots.
One operating model.

Each agent has a defined role, permitted context, approved tools, authority boundary, and evidence trail. Together they coordinate work through shared business records and deterministic controls.

Layer
Common AI tools
Han AI Systems
Memory
Context is scattered across chats, tools, and people.
Approved operational context becomes durable and role-aware.
Execution
The system suggests, summarises, or waits.
Work moves across schedules, queues, providers, and approvals.
Authority
Permissions become unclear as work crosses tools.
Authority is configured by action class and named owner.
Evidence
Completion is inferred from an answer or status field.
Consequential actions remain attributable and reviewable.
04 — The work moves

From signal to outcome.
Under one authority model.

A lead becomes a qualified opportunity, a scope, an approval, scheduled work, an invoice, and an evidence-backed result. Han AI coordinates the movement between people and software while escalating the decisions that still require leadership.

01

Operational memory

Retains approved context about clients, policies, work, and decisions.

02

Workflow execution

Moves recurring work across schedules, queues, documents, and systems.

03

Provider integration

Uses supported APIs and governed browser control where appropriate.

04

Approval policy

Routes consequential actions to the right authorised person.

05

Exception handling

Surfaces risk, missing information, and operational drift before it compounds.

06

Audit evidence

Records what happened, why it happened, who authorised it, and what proved completion.

05 — Private deployment

One company.
One operating system built around it.

Every engagement is confidential and custom. There are no public packages, seat plans, or off-the-shelf configurations. Scope follows the operating model, integration surface, risk, and evidence required.

01
Qualification

Private assessment

A confidential call establishes operational fit, executive sponsorship, process volume, integration readiness, and the outcome that matters.

03
Controlled build

Deployment &
production authority

The system is built in controlled stages. Production authority expands only through evidence and named client approval.

Commercial model

Pricing is provided privately after qualification and defined by the client-specific scope. The signed proposal controls implementation, managed operation, usage, infrastructure, source, licence, support, and exit rights.

06 — For those in command

For the leader who wants control
without remaining the point of dependency.

HAN AI SYSTEMS works with founders, owners, CEOs, and managing directors of qualified companies. Fit depends on operational complexity, executive ownership, process volume, integration readiness, and willingness to implement clear governance.

Open to qualified companies. Every engagement remains private.

07 — What leaders ask

Is every deployment custom?

Yes. The operating model, workflows, integrations, authority, controls, deployment environment, and evidence plan are designed around the company. HAN AI SYSTEMS does not sell a standard software subscription.

How does an engagement begin?

With a confidential qualification call. Qualified companies then commission the Architecture & Deployment Blueprint, the first paid engagement, before a controlled build is authorised.

Where does company data live?

In an isolated environment selected for the engagement. Deployment region, providers, access, retention, backups, recovery, and subprocessors are documented before production.

How is authority controlled?

By action class. High-risk actions remain approval-gated. Eligible low-risk actions can progress through supervised execution and bounded autonomy only when an authorised owner changes the policy.

Who owns the system at exit?

Client data, configuration, infrastructure, deployment source, reusable-core rights, support, and exit obligations are treated as separate matters and stated explicitly in the client-specific proposal.

Does this replace management?

No. It reduces coordination dependency while keeping authority, policy, and exceptions visible to the right people. The objective is to let leaders govern the company without personally carrying its recurring machinery.
